Engraving and customized items may take an additional 5 business days for processing.

International Shipping
You should expect to receive your parcel within 7-21 business days from the date of order placed.

Customs & Import Charge: Import duties are charged once the package reaches your destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, Life In Motion does not have control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary differently from country to country.

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return your Life In Motion item(s), please follow our return policy. Email us with your order number, the reason of return, and return the product(s) in its original packaging within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
Only unused Life In Motion product(s) in its original packaging and with all instruction sheets/components in merchantable quality is entitled to returns and exchanges.
For customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s).
Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Online orders cannot be returned to our retail store(s), and vice versa.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until our team receives it. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
Sale items or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
